Processing time depends on the type of order:
- Non-custom orders (with standard personalization) are ready to ship in 2–3 business days.
- Custom orders take 5–7 business days to produce. A digital proof will be sent to your email within 48 hours for approval before printing begins.

You can choose the perfect version of the storybook for your needs: a durable hardcover, a flexible softcover, or a convenient digital PDF optimized for tablets (like iPad and Android). Every edition features 32 pages of hand-drawn watercolor illustrations—perfectly sized to be loved by little hands for years to come.

There are two customization tiers to choose from:
Custom 1: Adjust colors like eye, skin, and hair.
Custom 2: Fully customize your child’s face and features, where the artist will recreate their unique likeness and expressions based on your photo reference.

When you choose a customization tier (Custom 1 or 2), you’ll first receive a digital preview of one sample page featuring both dad and child. The full illustration process begins only after you approve the preview, ensuring their likeness, expressions, and details feel just right before printing.
