Processing time depends on the type of order:
- Non-custom orders (with standard personalization) are ready to ship in 2–3 business days.
- Custom orders take 5–7 business days to produce. A digital proof will be sent to your email within 48 hours for approval before printing begins.

You can choose the perfect version of the storybook for your needs: a durable hardcover, a flexible softcover, or a convenient digital PDF optimized for tablets (like iPad and Android). Every edition features 32 pages of hand-drawn watercolor illustrations—perfectly sized to be loved by little hands for years to come.

There are two customization tiers to choose from:
Custom 1: Adjust colors like eye, skin, and hair.
Custom 2: Fully customize your child’s face and features, where the artist will recreate their unique likeness and expressions based on your photo reference.

When you order a customization tier (Custom 1 or 2), you’ll first receive a digital proof of one sample page to review. The full illustration process begins only after you’ve approved that sample, ensuring your child’s likeness looks just right before printing.
